Message	I did the same thing..Very, VERY thin walls on that damn plenum. I spent countless hrs filing, drilling out with a sandstone, refiling and I was like what the hell? This is like cutting grass with a pair of scissors! I better go get a carbide burr! So, I went and got a carbide burr and after about 3 seconds with the carbide burr, it ate a hole right through the plenum.
